Each year we work with approximately 4000 people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
This can take the form of urgent support to prevent homelessness, practical advice on housing-related matters, supporting people to upskill and secure employment and enabling people to connect with their local communities through projects that enhance wellbeing.
Our work wouldn’t be possible without funding and donations from Welsh Government, local authorities, health boards, agencies, trusts, private companies and the general public and we would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our work with financial and in-kind donations while we operated as Gofal and now as we operate as Platfform.
Some examples of what recent donations have contributed towards:
Crisis House [link to Crisis House] – refurbishing Tash to source before / after pics?
Breathe – a generous donation helped us to set up our counselling and wellbeing centre which opened in October.
You can make a one off donation [will this link through to the new set up?] also link through to our Just Giving accounts.
