Home — Projects — Life, work and wellbeing
Our projects create opportunities for people to identify and harness their skills, connect with peers and feel a valued part of their community.
Having connections, aspirations, and a sense of purpose is essential to wellbeing. Our projects work with people to achieve this, and provide support networks wherever needed.
We run a range of projects that develop people’s skills through training, volunteering opportunities, paid work placements and support at work.
What you can do if your child or a young person you know is experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
Providing support for people living with dementia and their carers in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Breathe is our counselling and wellbeing space in Cardiff. We offer counselling and training both on site and in various locations across south Wales.
Connection with others and with the world around us are essential to our wellbeing.
Family life can be rewarding and challenging at different times. We all face periods of stress which can make sustaining family life and our own wellbeing difficult.
We work with young people age 13-25 to promote wellbeing through a combination of peer support, workshops and courses, 1:1 support and volunteering opportunities.
