If you’re struggling with tenancy issues or feel like you need support with keeping your home we might be able to help.

We provide support in the areas below, referral processes vary – please contact local offices directly.

There is a designated family worker within this service who works with parents experiencing difficulties with their mental health to manage their parental, family and tenancy responsibilities. For more information contact:

We operate two projects in Swansea:

  • Support over seven days a week with an out of hours support line available during evenings and weekends.
  • Support during office hours (9-5).

Referrals can be made via the Oasis Gateway and accommodation is specifically for people who are care managed by the Community Mental Health Team. For more information please contact:

Neath Port Talbot

We operate two projects in Neath port Talbot:

Care Managed Service

We run a care-managed service offering support to meet housing and mental health needs.

We also manage properties for a housing associations, where we provide support for up to two years, with a view to see people become fully independent within their communities.

Referrals for this service can be made by Care Managers, who can refer directly to the Project Coordinator.
