Seibiant Sanctuary: a welcoming place in a crisis

The Seibiant Sanctuary offers support in a mental health crisis, at times when most  other services are closed.

The Sebiant Sanctuary offers a welcoming space for those experiencing crisis, and who are in need of mental health support, across Cardiff and the Vale. Our Sanctuary team offer advice, support and a safe space to breath and connect.

What’s available?

  • Housing and financial support, advice and guidance.
  • Help with signposting for further support.
  • Essential food, toiletries and clothing.

How does it work?

We are located in Cardiff and are open every day of the year from 5pm till late. The first step is to call the NHS 111 helpline by dialling 111 and pressing 2.

If appropriate, the NHS 111 team will refer over to the Sanctuary and one of our team will aim to call you within 30 minutes. We offer telephone support, and also face to face appointment the same evening.
