Isolation to Inclusion
At our Isolation to Inclusion event on 17 September, we heard inspirational stories from those at the heart of four of our clinic to community projects.
The projects demonstrated the challenges within our mental health system and the strength of community-led responses.
Through powerful and creative storytelling, we explored how together, we can shape services that are open access, strengths-based, and rooted in connection and community.

A trauma-informed therapeutic support hub for adults within Western Bay who use substances and experience difficulties with their mental health.

This pilot project built on work by the ACES Hub and Public Health Wales to turn ACE awareness into hyper-local action, working with residents and stakeholders to build relationally healthy, trauma-informed communities.
