Crisis prevention and home
We work with people to prevent housing crises and homelessness in a range of settings across south Wales.
We know that homelessness services don’t always work for everyone and can be difficult to navigate. Our work includes working closely and liaising with local authorities’ homelessness departments, providing supported housing, working with people experiencing tenancy issues and working to secure accommodation when people leave hospital.
Housing crises are avoidable when people’s needs are heard, understood and acted on. Our projects are listed in the categories below, referral processes vary so please contact our local offices directly through the details provided.
