We work with families and their  children (up to age 25).

We know that when families are facing difficult times, support can make a big difference. We offer a safe space, listen to concerns, and work with families to build positive relationships and find wellbeing strategies. All support is discussed and agreed with the family to make sure we’re offering the right support at the right time.

Choosing the right support

Maintaining family relationships

This project support with building stronger family relationships and improving communication. There’s also support for keeping children safe online.

Emotional wellbeing and coping with loss  

This project supports young people with their emotional development and coping skills. Support is available for bereavement, or situations where parents are absent, separated or in prison
